Narra de forma paralela diversas historias y sucesos de personajes pertenecientes a un mismo barrio en distintos países de Latinoamérica. Se hará hincapié en la identidad de los habitantes de acuerdo a cada región, sus modos de relacionarse con ésta, para buscar un hilo conductor entre la diversidad cultural y geográfica existente en la Región.
